    5 Chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)
    1 cup lowfat buttermilk
    2 cup Bran flakes (crushed)
    3 tsp paprika
    1 tsp ground sage
    Salt & Pepper (to taste)


Makes 5 servings 3-4 oz each
Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place crushed bran flakes and spices in shallow pan for dredging. Flip chicken over until evenly coated on both sides, place on baking sheet covered in foil. Space chicken thighs evenly and lightly spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Cook for 20-25 minutes until juices run clear.
