    3.5 lg potatoes, I use reds
    3+ carrots
    1 can corn
    1 can hominy
    2 cans of tomatoes
    2 roma tomatoes
    4 stalks of celery
    2 lg zucchini
    about 1 lb of ground turkey
    1/2 small sweet potato
    3 cloves of garlic
    2.5 small bulb onions with green tops
    1 can black beans
    8 cups of water


saute garlic,celery, and onions in oil.
Place ground meat on top of veggies and put lid on pot. Once meat begins to "brown" add tomato and beans plus 4 cups of water. Let stew for about 15 minutes then add all other veg. plus extra water and cook until veggies are tender.
