Ingredients

    Fage 0% - 16 oz

    6 T steel cut oats

    2 cups mixed frozen berries no sugar added

    1/2 t balsamic inegar

    1 T shelled pistachios finely chopped

Tips

Sweeten yogurt with honey or stevia if you want to - but not included in calories.


Directions

Toast steel cut oats in a dry frying pan over medium high heat until light brown and popping. Mix into yogurt when cool and refrigerate overnight. Combine berries and balsamic vinegar on stove and cook until reduced to 1 cup. Next day - layer yogurt and berries.
