    1 28 oz package of foster farms lean ground turkey
    1 cup sliced red bell peppers
    2 small onions
    1 green chile pepper (Anaheim or Serrano)
    2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp black pepper


Put the ground turkey into a bowl and set aside. Take a food processor or blender and grind up the bell peppers, onions and chile pepper. Pour ground up veggies into the bowl of ground turkey. Mix well. Pour in spices (pepper, salt, garlic powder). Form into a loaf about the size of foodball. Place on a cookie sheet covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 10 slices of meatloaf
