Ingredients

    3 eggs
    3/4 C milk
    3 day old slices of bread
    1/2 C shredded cheese
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for bread. Tear bread into small pieces and fold into mixture.

Let sit in covered dish for several hours or over night.

Bake in covered casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.

Casserole is customizable. You can add sausage, bacon, or any of your favorite vegetables. I usually add broccoli.
