    1L water, 200g onions, 3 cloves garlic, 40g butter, salt


For additional body to the soup add potatoes boiled with caraway seeds or rye bread.


Fry the finely chopped onions and crushed garlic in the lard until browned. In the soup bowls place the onion and garlic and pout over boiling water.
