    You may use any protien powder you like. Nutritional info will be different.

    Once they become room temp the start to fall apart. I cut mine once hardened and then freeze so they stay together longer. Or just plan on eating with a fork and you won't lose it on your lap in the car!


No bake high-protein, high-fiber bar
Place almonds, flzx meal, shredded coconum, whey poder, almond butter and salt in a food processor. Pulse breifly, about 10 seconds. In a small sauce pan, melt coconut oil over very low heat. Remove from heat. Stir stevia and vanilla into oil. Add oil mixture to food processor and pulse until ingredients form a coarse paste. Press mixture into an 8x8 glass baking dish. Chill in fridge or freezer about an hour to harden.

Serving Size: Makes 12 Bars
