    2 lb chuck roast
    1 lg yellow onion
    4 large carrots, cut in chunks or slices
    5-6 red potatoes, cut in chunks
    4 cups water
    2 tbsp thyme
    2 tbsp rosemary


put all ingredients in crockpot, add 4 cups water. Cook on low or for 10 hours.
