    500g pork, 30g butter, 400g carrots, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon of flour, 2 tsp caraway seeds, a dash of salt, 1 tsp nutmeg


Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes.


Cut the meat into cubes. In the butter brown the chopped onion, add the meat, salt and caraway seeds and simmer until soft. Add the cleaned and chopped carrots, douse with water and simmer until both the meat and carrots are completely soft. In a seperate cup, mux the flour with a bit of water then stir into the meat and carrots, flavour with a pinch of nutmeg and cook for about 5 more minutes.
