Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 C sunflower seeds
    1 C pumpkin seeds
    1 egg white
    season with your choice of spices - examples: kelp powder, chili powder, cumin
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Whip egg white til frothy, mix with the seeds. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes, then stir & flip, bake another 7 minutes, stir & flip again, and another 3 minutes. You want them to be golden toasted.

Serving Size: eight 1/4 cup servings.
