Ingredients

    1.5 c water
    1.5 T olive oil
    3.75 c bread flour (white flour)
    1.5 T sugar
    1.5 t salt
    1.5 t yeast OR 2 t rapid rise yeast

Tips

This will make enough dough for 2 pizzas (rolled out flat on a cookie sheet). One serving equals 1/8 of one pizza, or 1/16 of overall recipe.
