Ingredients

    1 pound 93% ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1 cup low fat shredded cheese
    6 oz baked lays doritos chips, crushed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large pan, brown ground beef with onions until cooked. Drain off fat. Add cream of mushroom soup and green chilies. Mix until well blended. In a 9 inch casserole dish, lightly grease the pan with olive oil, or olive oil spray. Use very little, you just want to prevent sticking. Spread crushed chips over the bottom. Pour ground beef mixture on top. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Add cheese to top, and bake for additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Let cool and serve.
