Introduction

This is like a cold cobbler without the crust. This is like a cold cobbler without the crust.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 nectarine, diced with peel
    Juice of 1/4 an orange
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 packet sugar substitute
    2 Tbsp. fat-free whipped topping

Directions

1. Dice nectarine (do not peel) & discard pit
2. Quarter orange (use 1/4 in recipe & put remainder in fridge)
3. Squeeze juice from orange over nectarines, discard orange.
4. Add cinnamon and sweetner and stir tto coat nectarine.
5. Top with whipped topping and enjoy!!
