    1 cup oatmeal
    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    .5 cups brown sugar
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp baking soda
    1 cup grated zucchini
    .5 cups raisins
    1 egg
    .25 cups canola oil
    .5 cups milk


Mix together dry ingredients. Mix in zucchini and raisins.
Mix together wet ingredients.Make a well in dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix just until blended. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 muffins.
