Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp black ground pepper
    2 tbsp basil
    1 tbsp cider vinegar
    4 tsp olive oil
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup chopped cauliflower
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4 oz Barilla Plus Penne

Directions

To prepare dressing, combine cheese, vinegar, 1 tsp of lemon zest, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, steamed broccoli, steamed cauliflower, basil and chopped onion. Drizzle with the dressing; toss to coat. Refrigerate covered until chilled, at least 1 hr.
