Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 plum tomato, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 8 clove, sliced
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Sweet Italian Pork Sausage, 16 oz
    Rotini Pasta, 16 oz

Directions

Put water on to boil for pasta. Heat oil on medium high in large saute pan. Put garlin in oil. Top with peppers, then tomatoes, then onion. Put raw sausage in last. Season with salt, pepper, and basil sprinkled on top. Mix a little. Put pasta into boiling water. Mix sausage and vegetables again, cover, lower heat to low. When pasta is done, sausage and veggies will be also. Drain pasta. Mix into veggies and sausage. Serve with Romano cheese if desired.
