    Quorn Chick'n Tenders, 3 oz
    (red pepper flakes)
    (cayenne pepper)
    (salt & pepper)
    5 Cherry Tomatoes cut up however you want
    Yellow Sweet Corn, 0.25 cup kernels
    Beans, black, .5 cup
    Onions, 1/4 small, chopped
    Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt 3 oz
    *Texas Pete Chili Sauce, 2 tsp
    Olive oil, 1 tsp
    Romaine Lettuce , 2 cup, shredded
    1/4 c. lowfat cheddar cheese


1) Cook Quorn according to package instructions with the spices listed or you could omit those or use whatever else sounds good. Once that is almost done, add the beans to heat them up.
2) In a bowl, put the lettuce, corn, tomatoes, and onions
3) Put Quorn, black beans, and cheese over the veggies
4) OPTIONAL: crunch up tortilla chips on the top
5) dressing = yogurt and hot sauce mixed together
