Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    *Distilled Vineger, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Okra, 1 cup slices
    Kale, 4 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, savoy, fresh, 4 cup, shredded
    Canned Tomatoes, 824 grams
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp

Tips

I make a pot of this at the beginning of the week and enjoy at meals all week long.


Directions

Sautee onions, peppers, okra in olive oil in soup pot.
In separate bowl mix lemon juice, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chili powder.
Add to pot and stir in ground beef.
Add 2 cans of tomatos and water and allow to boil on low heat.
Mix in cabbage, mushrooms and Kale.
Add lid and let boil.



Serving Size: Makes 8 bowls of filling soup
