Ingredients

- 20 oz 93% lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 zucchini, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 oz sun dried tomatoes, diced
- 138 grams egg whites
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Dice onion and add to a bowl.
3. Shred zucchini and add to bowl.
4. Mince garlic and add to bowl.
5. Dice sun dried tomatoes and add to bowl.
6. Add oats, egg whites, parmesan cheese, basil, parsley and turkey to bowl.
7. Mix by hand until all ingredients are incorporated.
8. Separate into servings in a muffin pan.
9. Bake for 35 minutes.
10. Cool slightly and enjoy!
