Ingredients

    1 Large Low Carb/Low Fat Tortilla (approx 80 cal)
    1 cup Onions & Peppers Sliced
    Squeeze of Lime
    !/4 Chicken Breast cooked
    1 oz Farmer Cheese or Cottage Cheese
    1/2 oz low fat cheddar
    1 tsp Olive Oil (optional)

Directions

Saute onions, peppers
Boil & shred chicken, Mix with veggies and cheese, squeeze lime
Heat tortilla one one side, fill and fold. Cook both sides while pressing down.
