    3 eggs
    1/2 cup of coconut flour.
    1 cup of organic full fat coconut milk
    2 tsp of garlic powder
    1/2 baking soda
    1 crushed garlic clove
    1/4 cup Tomato paste
    1/4 diced canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. italian herb blend
    1 pkg. Applegate Farms Turkey Bacon
    1 cup broccoli, diced
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    3 oz. organic shredded cheese blend
    Coconut Oil for pan.


preheat your oven to 375f
Prep cookie sheet or pizza pan by covering it with parchment paper to fit the bottom of the pan. Brush with coconut oil.
lightly beat eggs, milk an garlic (both). in a bowl till smooth. Mix wet and dry ingredients and whisk well until it thickens up a little. This will be more like a batter….not so much dough. S

Spread the batter on the already prepped pan.
Bake for 20 mins or until it’s golden brown. Remove from oven. Flip over (carefully).
Add your toppings.
For a sauce I used organic tomato paste with 1/2 can of crushed tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs (oregano and basil). I chopped the turkey bacon & sauteed it until it was crisp. Then sauteed the mushrooms, when they were soft I added the brocolli. Finally I added the cooked turkey bacon to the mushroom & broccoli mixture.
Broil for for about 10 mins, checking making sure not to burn the edges.
