Ingredients

    173 gr diced white onion
    1 lb ground beef, browned
    261 gr frozen corn
    3 T Taco Seasoning
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 15 oz can black beans, drained
    1 15 oz can kidney beans, drained
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 cup fat free chicken broth
    6 cups water
    1 12 oz tomato paste

Tips

Server with fat free tortilla strips, shredded cabbage, shredded cheese, and fat free sour cream. Serve with one or more toppings. Enjoy


Directions

Saute onions till slightly browned. Add ground beef and continue to cook till all pink is gone, drain as much fat off as you can. Add corn and chicken broth and cook till corn is defrosted. Add all ingredients to crock-pot and stir to combine. Cook for 1 hour on low, then turn to high and cook another 3 hours.
