    5 links of Jennio Sweet Italiam Sausage
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    6 chopped scallions or onion
    3 sliced cloves of garlic
    1 chopped tomato
    1 cup of water
    10.4 oz - can diced tomato
    1 cooked spaghetti squash
    1 tstp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 tsp. basil


Makes 4 servings. Pre heat oven to 350. Poke holes in squash and bake for 40 - 45 mins or until soft. Heat oil in large skillet. Add links until brown. Chop links into bite size pieces. Add all other ingredients except spaghetti squash. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. SLice open squash and gather "spaghetti". Ladel sauce over squash. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired
