Number of Servings: 6


    6 Green bell peppers
    White rice - 1 cup (cooked)
    one onion chopped
    1 can hunt tomato sauce
    1 can white beans
    garlic salt to taste


Add all ingredients to pan and sautee, reserving small amount of tomato sauce (except peppers)
Cut tops from peppers, boil to soften for 10 minutes.
Put peppers in baking pan, stuff with rice/bean mixture
Bake 45-60 mins, uncover for last 5 mins

Serving Size: Makes 6 stuffed peppers
