    2 cup gluten/dairy/wheat free all purpose baking flour
    1 cup soy flour
    5 small bananas (6"-- 6-7/8")
    .50 cup egg beaters
    1/4 cup I can't believe its not butter olive oil
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tsp low sodium baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup chopped pecans


pre heat oven tp 350
mix all ingredients in large bowl with mixer on high for 4 minutes
place in large cake pan
bake for 55-65 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean
