Ingredients

    2 cans of salmon
    5 oz fat free plain Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup finely diced onions
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp fresh dill
    1 tsp black pepper

    Nut Thin Almond Crackers - 4 servings

Directions

mix together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dill, and diced onions. Add salmon and stir util fully mixed. Serve with almond crackers (17 crackers is one serving). Salad can also be served over lettuce, or in a wrap.
