Ingredients

1 lb pinto beans
4 lb pork roast
6 cups water
1/2 cupchopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp cumin
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp oregano
1-4 oz. can green chiles
1-2 oz jar pimentos
Optional toppings: Corn chips, cheddar cheese, green onion, diced tomatoes, hot sauce, salsa, sour cream
Directions
Rinse beans and place in slow cooker. Add other ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove roast and shred with fork. Return to slow cooker. Serve with toppings if desired.
