Ingredients

    1 serving of strawberry whey protein
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    3 egg whites
    1 large apple, cored
    1/8 cup blueberries

Directions

Core apple, and chop into small pieces. Blend all ingredients (except for blueberries) with hand mixer, food processor, or blender. Lightly spray a pan with non-stick spray and heat on low/medium heat. Pour batter onto pan in small circles, then add blueberries on top. When bubbles start to form , flip pancakes over. Cook until done, but be careful not to over cook.
