You could always use low fat or non fat whipped cream.
You could use any pie filling you want or leave it plain and add a little bit more sugar to your taste.
You also could use and flavor of yogurt.
And you can use any pie crust if you want just add the cal. from pie crust to this.

Ingredients

    2c greek yogurt
    1 1/4 whipping cream
    1 can fruit pie filling
    1/2oz plain gelitan
    1/4 cold water
    6tbl Hot milk
    2tbl sugar

    1.Melt gelitan in with cold water
    2. Add hot milk to the gelitan and let sit for 2min.
    3. Stir in milk/gelitan mixture, pie filling, sugar into yogurt.
    4. whip the whipping cream until stiff
    5. Fold whipping cream into the yogurt mixture.
    6. Chill for at least 2hrs.
