    1 Whole zucchini- Green (Medium)
    1 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1 lb Ground Pork
    1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Finely Shredded, Low-Moisture, Part-Skim (Great Value)
    1 can (or 1 cup) Tomato Sauce
    1/2 tsp Onion powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Oregano, ground
    1/2 tsp Basil
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)

    Bechamel Sauce
    1 cup Lactaid Fat Free Milk
    2 tbsp Flour, white
    1/2 cup Country Crock Butter with Calcium
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
    1/2 tsp nutmeg


On Medium heat, brown ground meat. Add onion powder,garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and tomato sauce (except for 1/2 cup) to meat. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Bechamel Sauce
On medium heat, melt butter in a sauce pan. Add flour,then milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. When sauce begins to thicken, remove from heat.

Add 1/4 cup of tomato sauce to baking pan. Lay the zucchini, then some of the bechamel sauce, cheese and meat sauce. Repeat this step 3 more times. The top should be layered with just the zucchini. Add remaining bechamel, cheese and tomato sauce. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings
