    2.5 lbs lean ground beef
    4 eggs
    8 cloves garlic
    1/4 nut flour
    1/2 cup grated parmesean
    1/2 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley
    salt/pepper to taste


saute garlic in 1 t. olive oil. add to meat and rest of ingredients. mix gently. roll into 1.5 inch balls. bake on 450 for 20 minutes until browned then add to sauce to finish cooking for 30 minutes.
