A great 15 min. meal for those busy nights! A great 15 min. meal for those busy nights!
Number of Servings: 6


    1 T olive oil (extra virgin)
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 lb fresh or frozen ravioli
    Italian seasoning to taste
    2 T fresh parmesan cheese

    (The calculator has Rosetto ravioli with sausage. When I looked, the calories etc. were all very close)


Start boiling water for your ravioli. Cook ravioli as directed. Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, stirring until fragrant, about 1 min. Add the onion and peppers. Cook until vegetables begin to soften, about 5 min. Add tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Season with Italian seasoning and any other seasonings you may like. Once ravioli is cooked drain and toss with sauce. Serve immediately with parmesan cheese on top.

Makes 6 servings of 9 raviolis.
