Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 cup butter soften
    1 cup sugar (plus some extra to sprinkle tops of each cookie)
    2 eggs beaten
    2 Tbsp milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cup flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder

Tips

The sugar sprinkled on top is not calculated in nutrition.
also, I calculated the recipe for 36 cookies. BUT the number of cookies you will get depends on the cookie shape and size you use.


Directions

Cream the butter and the sugar, add the eggs, then milk, vanilla, flour, salt and baking powder.
Refrigerate for minimum one hour.
Roll out, and cookie cut your cookies.
Dough is fragile so roll a little at a time!!!
If desired, sprinkle each with just a touch of sugar.
Bake 350 degrees 8-10 minutes

Serving Size: makes about 3 dozen - depends on the cookie cutter used
