    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 cup light cream cheese softened
    1 cup shredded colby jack cheese halved
    1/2 cup skim milk
    12 strips turkey bacon cooked and made into bits
    powdered garlic, salt and pepper to taste


This is so good


Wash potatoes and punch with fork. Wrap with foil and bake at 350 for about an 45 minutes or until tender.
Cook bacon and crumble. Divide into 2 small bowls.
Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and place on cookie sheet.
Use small scoop or spoon to scoop out inside, being carefull not to get to close to the skin.
Add scooped out potatoes to the cream cheese mixture.
Blend well- add milk as need to desired texture.
Use scoop to dispense mixture back into the potatoe skins. Top with shredded cheese and the other half of bacon.
Return to the oven and bake at 350 untill the cheese is melted.
