    0.5 C of red bell pepper chopped
    .05 C of green bell pepper chopped
    0.5 C of yellow bell pepper chopped
    2 tbsp of Olive Oil
    1tsp of garlic powder


chop all of the peppers and mix together.
put the olive oil in the pan and heat on med high heat.
put the peppers in the pan and sprinkle with garlic powder.
saute for about 5 min.
Pour over any meat that you are having.
