Ingredients

    14 oz. zuccini, sliced lengthwise
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, Kraft
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    pepper and garlic salt to taste

Directions

400 degree oven. Place sliced zuccini on parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Brush on olive oil, spoon on and spread the parmesan cheese, sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt. Bake for 20 min., until cheese is browned.

    Add spices - love it on the grill (cook very fast!)
