    5 lasagna noodles
    One cal lo sodium spinach
    1 light string cheese
    1/4 cup shredded Parmesean & Romano cheese


You can use whole wheat pasta, meatless sauce with lots of veggies, and low fat cheeses to lower the calories and fat content if desired. For best results use a chunky sauce.


Boil lasagna noodles as directed, but slightly undercook. Drain and cool enough to handle.
Pour spinach into a colander or strainer to drain thoroughly. Chop spinach and mix with 1/2 cup of the sauce.
On each lasagna noodle place 1/5 of the spinach mixture, 1/5 of the string cheese, and 2 teaspoons of shredded cheese. Roll up and place in a (sprayed or non stick) loaf pan. Top with the rest of the sauce and shredded cheese. Place pan in a 300 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: One rollup = 1 serving.
