    1 cup white rice flour
    1.5 cup milk, 1%
    4 eggs
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract


For the crepe batter, combine flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add eggs & milk to the well and whisk to combine. Cover batter and set aside for 25 minutes. Crepes should be made in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cover the bottom of the pan with just enough batter, approx 1/4 cup, to coat (by swirling pan in the air, off the burner). When edges naturally lift from the pan, and the top no longer looks wet, the crepe is ready to be eaten!
