Ingredients

    1 cup ground beef
    4 low carb tortillas
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp season salt
    1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

Tips

The Low Carb tortillas are large flour tortillas. You may also make these with chicken!


Directions

Brown and drain ground beef. Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray or line with foil and spray foil. Mix ground beef, garlic power, season salt, a little chili powder and cheese in a bowl. Place 2 tortillas at a time in between damp paper towels and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to soften them. Divide meat mixture into 1/4's and place each 1/4 mixture in the center of the tortilla and roll up tight. Place the taquito seam-side-down on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with rest of filling and tortillas. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray and bake for 22-25 minutes or until crisp. Serve with Guacamole and sour cream. Delicious!
