Really low calorie and fat treat. It made 36 cookies and i broke that into 10 servings so you actually get 3-4 cookies per serving! Ingredients

    Flour, white, 1.5 cup(remove)
    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup(remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp(remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp(remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp(remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tsp(remove)
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 72 tsp(remove)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 4 serving(remove)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup(remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .15 cup(remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp(remove)

Tips

I LOVE them frozen with my coffee in the morning. For a sweeter version, make an icing to drizzle with.


Directions

Mix up to the nutmeg together and put aside. mix the butter,egg, yogurt and splenda. Once mixed add the pumpkin. Combine your wet and dry mixture. Beat for a few minutes. Spoon onto baking sheet and flatten a litle with a fork. Bake for 15- 20 mins at 350.
