    lentils cooked per cup, 1 cup, mashed
    Onions, raw, 100 grams, chopped
    Spinach, frozen, chopped, 50 grams
    Garlic, 2 clove, chopped
    Ground beef, extra lean, 200 grams
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 large, chopped
    Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce, 3 tsp
    Crosse & Blackwell Chutney, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Cheddar, grated, 40 grams

    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    Milk, 2%, 125 mL
    Cheddar, grated, 40 grams
    Salt and pepper to taste


1. Cook beef mince, onions, sauces, chopped peppers and spices together till most of the liquid has evaporated.
2. Add lentils
3. Spoon into 3 ceramic small baking dishes.
4. Mix egg, salt, pepper and milk together.
5. Pour over mince mixture.
6. Use a fork to make little air pockets for milk mixture to drain into beef mixture.
7. Top with grated cheddar cjeese.
8. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes till brown and egg and milk mixture is cooked.
