    1 can chickpeas, drained
    1 cup corn, frozen or canned
    1 cup shelled edamame
    1/4 cup red pepper
    3 scallions, sliced
    3 TBS dried cranberries


    3 Tbs. honey
    3Tbs. cider vinegar
    2 TBS olive oil
    1 TBS mayonnaise
    celery salt to taste


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make dressing and add to bowl. Refrigerate to chill.
