Number of Servings: 6


    1.5 lbs. ground turkey, 93% lean
    1/2 red onions, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 small can green chiles
    1.5 T Olive Oil (any oil/fat will do)
    2 t garlic powder
    1.5 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 t cayenne pepper
    salt & pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Heat a skillet on medium heat. If desired, add a little oil to the pan (oil/fat used for cooking not included in counts). Cook until browned on both sides, flipping once. Serve atop a bed of avocado cabbage slaw. May top with cheese, diced tomatoes, etc., just make sure to include in counts.

Serving Size: Makes 18 sliders (3 sliders per serving)
