Ingredients

    1 loaf frozen french, italian, or all purpose bread dough
    1 pound ground beef or turkey (2 1/2 C Browned)
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 cups grated part-skim mozzarella
    1 tsp italian herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    4C Italian tomato sauce

Directions

Roll thawed dough into a 14 x 24 inch rectangle. Brown meat, stir in remaining ingredients except sauce. Spoon filling evenly onto dough, slightly pressing filling into dough. Roll dough lenghtwise like a jellyroll, and cut into 24 1 inch slices. Spray cookie sheets and place about 1 inch apart. Preheat oven to 400 and let rolls sit for 10 minutes. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with warmed sauce.
