    10 1 tsp pesto
    1 bococcini ball, sliced
    1 tomato, sliced
    .5 cup spinach
    1 oz. whole wheat baguette bread, sliced


Alternate tomato and cheese slices on a bed of spinach. Top with pesto, and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with bread slices.
