    1 lb ground deer or turkey
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 1/4 cups mexican cheese, grated
    1 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1 tbsp cilantro
    10 lasagne noodles, uncooked


Brown meat, add enchilada sauce when browned. Heat through. Mix cheeses together, add cilantro. Spoon a very small amount of meat mixture on bottom of 9x13 glass pan, then layer 3-4 noodles, followed by 1/3 of meat, and 1/3 of cheeses. Repeat two more times. Pour 1/2 cup water over all, ensuring that all the noodles are covered and there is plenty of liquid. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let sit for 10-15 min. to set.
