    1/2 cup flour
    2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    2/3 cup quick oats
    1 cup grape nuts
    1 1/2 cups pinto beans, mashed
    3/4 cup raisins
    3/4 cup chocolate chips
    1 cup coconut
    1/2 cup almonds( measure then chop)
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup honey
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp salt


preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cereal, beans, raisins, chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds. add remaining ingredients, mixing well. press evenly into a greased 13X9 pan.
Bake until bars are browned and firm to the touch in center, about 25- 30 minutes. cool completely before cutting.
