    Chicken Thigh, 10 thigh, bone and skin removed
    2 cans El Pato Jalapeno Sauce
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    onion powder
    garlic garni (seasoning)


Serve with brown or white rice.


Season Chicken Thighs with salt and pepper, onion powder and garlic garni add olive oil to oven proof non stick skillet medium high heat saute' chicken and brown on both sides add onions and garlic and tomato sauce cover and place in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
