Introduction

Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long
    *Snap peas, 1.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, strips

    Just cut the larger veggies to whatever size you like. I like strips of peppers, carrots, and celery about 3-4 inches long. Wash everything and dry. Store together in a veggie container.

Tips

Eat with hummus. Yum!

Make ahead on a Sunday for snacking at work all week.
