    2 lbs ground turkey or beef
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    6 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 lg onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp coconut oil
    3 Tbsp cumin
    1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 lg can of crushed tomatoes (about 30 oz)


Heat coconut oil in a deep skillet or soup pot. Add onions and peppers. Heat until the onions are translucent then add the turkey and garlic. Cook until the turkey is browned through breaking it up into smaller pieces as it cooks. Add the can of crushed tomatoes and spices and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
